    5. Are the following statements True, False or Not stated according to the information in the passage? Read the text and choose the correct answer (True/False/Not stated).
    A) A thief in Toronto announced his plan to rob a bank on Facebook. He then changed his name of the account to his idol - the bank robber Robert Metcalf. Then, to make sure all his friends knew about the robbery, he posted photos of himself holding some hundred-dollar bills. Of course, the police didn't take long to catch him. When asked about his need to advertise the crime, he told the truth and said to reporters that he couldn't believe his bad luck. He said that he was surprised that the police had looked at his Facebook page!
    B) In Germany, a man was found guilty of forgery when he walked into a shop and bought some cigarettes. He paid for the cigarettes with a €30 note, although this note doesn't exist. The shopkeeper didn't notice at first - he told journalists that the fake was very poor quality. “I gave €20 in change to the man. Later I realised my mistake and called the police!” The police eventually arrested the criminal. He said that somebody had given him the illegal note as a joke, but police found hundreds of fake notes at his home and arrested him. The local police inspector said that she had never seen such a stupid crime.
    C) In Edinburgh, Scotland, Ian Tarrant was walking down the street and suddenly found £75 on the pavement. He took it to his local police station. The police officer said that he would register it. A few days later, Mr. Tarrant went back to the police station to ask about the money. He thought that if nobody had collected the money, he could keep it. But the police officer in charge said he had forgotten all about it. More importantly, the money had gone missing. In the end, the police returned the money to Mr. Tarrant. The police officer wanted to keep the £75!
